We use waitlist email addresses to notify you about launch access, beta availability, and relevant product updates related to Insydr.
Submission & Communication Data
- Offer details and structured submission content
- Messages exchanged within the Platform
- Contact details you choose to include in submissions
Usage & Technical Data
- Device type, operating system, app version
- Feature usage and interaction data
- Diagnostics, crash reports, performance data
Transaction Data
- Subscription status
- One-time unlock purchase status
We do not store payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple via StoreKit.
2. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel) on our website to help us measure the effectiveness of advertising, understand how visitors use our site, and improve marketing performance.
This may include collecting technical identifiers (such as IP address, device/browser information, and page interactions) and, where enabled, using information that you provide (such as your email address) in a hashed form to help match website activity to Meta accounts for attribution and remarketing (“Advanced Matching”).
You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through any cookie preferences tools we provide. You may also be able to control how Meta uses data for advertising via your Meta ad preferences.

- Facilitate structured submissions and communications
- Enable verified representative workflows
- Process and validate in-app purchases
- Improve reliability, performance, and security
- Prevent misuse or fraudulent activity
- Measure and improve our advertising and marketing campaigns (e.g., conversion tracking and remarketing).

4. Legal Basis for Processing (UK GDPR)
We process personal data under the following lawful bases:- Contractual necessity – to provide core Platform functionality.
- Legitimate interests – to improve services, maintain security, prevent misuse, and develop AI features.
- Legal obligation – to comply with applicable laws and accounting requirements.
- Consent – where explicitly requested (e.g., optional features, marketing communications, or marketing cookies/pixels where required).
5. How Information Is Shared
User-to-User Sharing
When you submit an Offer, certain account information (such as your name, email address, and any contact details you include) will be visible to the relevant Verified Representative for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
Representatives may respond using the contact details provided, and communications may continue outside the Platform at the discretion of the parties. Once communication occurs outside the Platform, Insydr is not responsible for how those parties process personal data independently.
Service Providers
We may share data with trusted service providers including:
- Firebase (authentication, database, analytics)
- Cloud infrastructure providers
- OpenAI (AI-powered feature processing)
- Apple (StoreKit purchases)
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel / conversion tracking)
These providers process data solely to provide services to Insydr and are subject to contractual safeguards.
We do not sell personal data.
6. Automated Processing, AI, and Model Training
Insydr uses AI-assisted tools to help structure submissions, assist with artist discovery, and support workflow automation.
These systems operate based on user-provided information and representative-defined parameters. AI tools do not make legally binding decisions. Final booking decisions are made by human representatives.
OpenAI API Processing
Certain AI features use OpenAI’s API to process prompts or structured submission data. Data is transmitted solely for the purpose of generating AI-assisted outputs.
As of the date of this policy, OpenAI does not use API-submitted data to train its general models.
Internal Model Improvement
Insydr may use aggregated, structured, or de-identified submission data to improve its own internal algorithms, ranking systems, and AI features.
Where personal data is used for internal model improvement, processing is based on our legitimate interests in enhancing the Platform.
You may disable the use of your data for internal AI training at any time via the toggle available in your Account settings. Opting out does not affect core Platform functionality.
7. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms to protect personal data.
8. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active.
- Upon account deletion, personal data is typically deleted or anonymised within 30–90 days, unless retention is legally required.
- Transaction records may be retained longer for tax and accounting compliance.
- Messages may remain visible to other users where necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

9. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure practices.
10. Children’s Privacy
Insydr is intended for professional use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights including:- Access to your personal data
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of personal data
- Restriction or objection to processing
- Data portability
- Withdrawal of consent (where applicable)
UK users may lodge complaints with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
