Refund Policy – Insydr

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made within the Insydr iOS app.
1. Apple In-App Purchases
All digital purchases in the Insydr iOS app (including subscriptions and one-time unlocks) are processed by Apple through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles billing, subscription management, and refund decisions.

2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account / App Store settings.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. One-Time Unlocks
One-time unlocks provide access to specific digital features as described in the app at the time of purchase.
Refund requests for Apple-billed one-time purchases must be submitted directly to Apple using the refund link above.
If you believe a purchase did not unlock correctly due to a technical issue, please contact us at support@insydr.io with:
- the email address associated with your Insydr account
- the approximate time/date of purchase
- the artist name (if relevant)
- a screenshot of the Apple receipt (if available)
4. Digital Services and Cancellation Rights
Where permitted by law, if you request immediate access to digital services, you may lose any statutory right to cancel once the digital service begins. Where required, the app may ask you to confirm this before purchase or before access begins.
Nothing in this policy affects rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
